Where can you pick up your order?
You can pick up any purchased items at our Mississauga retail plant shop or at our Islington pickup location free of charge. When placing your order, choose 'In-Store Pickup' and specify your preferred pickup location in the 'Note' field. We will send you a confirmation email with the pickup details.
What is the delivery area and charges for orders from the online store?
We deliver throughout the GTA and surrounding areas at rates starting at $12. Our Local Delivery includes selected areas in Mississauga and Etobicoke. We also deliver to a selected range in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and some other Ontario regions. Enter your postal code during checkout to see if delivery is available. If delivery is available to your area, a delivery fee will be shown during checkout. If you do not see a delivery fee after you enter your postal code, it means we do not deliver there and the only option is 'In-Store Pickup'. Email: info@interiorplants.ca to enquire. We reserve the right to alter or suspend our delivery service due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, availability, etc.
Which payment methods are accepted in online store?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.
How long will delivery take?
We try to deliver your order as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 days depending on the location.
How secure is shopping in the online store? Is my data protected?
The security of your information is very important to us. All data transmissions between you and online store ( including the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information ) are encrypted using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Since all payments are securely processed through Square and PayPal, we don't receive any of your payment information. Therefore, the online store databases don't store any customer credit card information. We store your contact details that may be needed when we are fulfilling your order. This information is only available to our staff and we will never share this information with any third parties.
