Beautiful and graceful Asparagus Ming Fern (Asparagus macowanii) is not a fern at all. These plants get their name from their fern-like appearance: light and airy and with lots of green leaves which are really needle-like branches.
Medium to bright, also morning sun; tolerates low light for short periods.
Keep evenly and slightly damp, but avoid water-logging; water less in winter; in warm locations mist occasionally; in growing season, feed with all-purpose fertilizer.
Needles turn yellow and drop if the plant is kept too wet or too dry or moved suddenly to low light.
Shape, color and size of plants may vary slightly.
